Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide

Optimized Preferred Home Health Care Is now Hiring for full and part time positions in Williamsburg VA Only!! We are looking for CNA's / PCA's experienced or unexperienced... We will train!! PCA's (Personal Care Aides) WE also offer a fill in program... Get paid $75 weekly to be on call plus hourly wage if called to work. (This program is designed for someone who is looking to float for part time of full time.)

Responsibilities:

Provides personal care to patients and families in their homes, in accordance with the patient's care plan. Provides health and related documentation reviews, evaluations, and counseling to ensure compliance with the Patient Care Plan. Reports on changes in patient condition; reports on any emergencies that require emergency care. Provides home care assistance for patients with physical and developmental disabilities Assists with transfer and or special needs transfers as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must have valid drivers license or ID. People with criminal backgrounds encouraged to apply.
