Resident Care Assistants

We are currently hiring full and/or part-time compassionate individuals to work with our seniors at our elegant, assisted living. All shifts are available (days, evenings and nights). We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team in delivering high-quality care services. You will be responsible for helping clients with their basic needs and ensuring their comfort and safety. Alternate weekends. Key Responsibilities Support clients with personal hygiene Assist in mobility and transportation Nutritional assistance, including feeding and meal planning Monitor medical conditions and report concerns Assist with therapy regimens as prescribed Maintain detailed records of care provided Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Relevant experience or training in caregiving Strong communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Physical capacity to perform caregiving tasks Top Skills Positive attitude Empathy Organizational skills Attention to detail Proactive mindset Excellent communication Required Certifications Training is given Home Care Aide (HCA) certification is a plus General Company Benefits Competitive salary, benefits included Friendly and supportive work culture
