Responsibilities and Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including but not limited to personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Implement person centered service plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Physically assist clients with maintaining their homes and personal property so that they experience a clean, safe, and healthy environment Provide varying levels of personal care for adults with developmental disabilities Adhere to state and agency administrative and personnel policies while supporting the vision, goals and values of Access Living, Inc. Maintain required training and certifications and annual continuing education credits Responsible for accurate, routine documentation of client care & procedures Some clients require physical support with transferring. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Expectations Demonstrate professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and staff. Effective time management, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Maintain open and timely communication with supervisors and other team members and attend meetings as required. Adhere to state and agency administrative and personnel policies while supporting the vision, goals and values of Access Living, Inc. Maintain compliance with required training, certifications, and annual continuing education credits. Required Skills/Abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications 18 years of age or older Proficient in internet browsers, and general computer navigation. Ability to clearly communicate and read, write, and understand English Able to attend required training (training hours are paid) Ability to pass and maintain an acceptable background checkEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Shift availability:
Access Living offers full-time schedules. We are seeking individuals who are able to work primarily on weekend days, weekday evenings (until 10 pm), or with an overall open availability. Benefits- Available Insurance for full-time employees after 60 days:

- Accrued Paid Sick leave available after 90 days of employment
