Make a Difference Every Day! At Dungarvin, we do meaningful work that shapes futures. We're looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children and teens (ages 12-21) with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential program.

$20.80/hourFull Range Scale $20.80 (flat rate scale for this position. The rate of pay provided for this position is based on title and geographical location)

Learn everyday life skillsBuild confidence and independenceParticipate in school, home, and community routinesDiscover their strengths and celebrate their progressIn addition you will: Teach and role-model life skills to promote independenceProvide supervision, coaching, and encouragementAssist with routines such as meal prep, personal care, and medication administrationPerform housekeeping and laundry dutiesCreate a safe, positive, and supportive environmentQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderMust have a high school diploma, transcript, or GEDMust have at least 6 months of verifiable full-time experience working with youth (0-21)Ability to pass DCYF background/fingerprint checksGood communication is key in this role.
