Direct Support Professional/DD Caregiver PT Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Inglewood Residential & Community Services Kenmore, WA Job Details Part-time $23 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Patient transfer methods English High school diploma or GED Meal preparation Food preparation CNA Passenger van operation Full Job Description Inglewood Residential & Community Services has been in business as a Group Home for Developmentally Disabled individuals since 1978. We have staff who have worked here for over 20 years that tell us we are a great caring place to work! We are looking for a part-time Direct Support Professional who is self motivated, flexible, caring, and enthusiastic to work and have fun with three women with developmental disabilities at our Group Training Home in Kenmore. You will assist with all aspects of residents daily lives.
This can include:
participating in community activities, personal hygiene, food prep, medication administration, record keeping and occasionally working with mild behavioral issues to mention a few. We are looking for a staff to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday 12 hours per day. We need someone who has one of the following certifications: Exemption Letter, HCA License, or CNA license. Staff need good communication skills with the ability to clearly speak, read, understand and write in English. We need a staff who is Nurse Delegated (NAR License) to give resident medications or be willing to be trained to do so ASAP. Staff need at least a high school diploma/GED, be able to pass a background check, and have the ability to drive our agency van. Staff need to be willing to take residents out in the community and be able to lift/transfer residents. Paid time off and sick leave is available. Pay is $23.00 per hour. We need a part-time caregiver who is available to work part-time Saturday thru Monday 8am -8pm at our Group Training Home located in Kenmore. Call 425 483-1141 for more information.
