We are seeking caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to join our growing company that proudly serves Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Pasco, and the surrounding areas in Benton and Franklin counties. - Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients As a Home Care Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HCA Certification -OR- CNA Certification
- A valid driver's license
- Proof of car insurance/registration, and reliable transportation
- CPR card
- Food Handlers card
