We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team of caregivers in Lake Stevens, Washington . As an HCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes. About the
Role:
As a Certified Home Care Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our licensed professionals to provide care services to our clients. This will include, but not be limited to: Assisting with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing medication management and medication reminders Assisting with meal preparation and feeding Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry Encouraging social interaction and providing emotional support
Responsibilities:
Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless coordination of services
