Capable of comprehending, executing, and acting within scope of practice. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. Observations in changes in patient condition (such as, but not limited to, level of consciousness or mobility, breathing pattern, skin color, pain, difficulty swallowing, new wound drainage, decreased output, etc.).
