We offer consistent schedules, strong support, and a team-centered environment. Why Work With Us 4-day work week (4x10s) or 3-day work week (3x13s) Never required to work both weekend days High staffing ratios + onsite management 24/7 on-call support What You'll Do Support residents with daily routines through guidance, cueing, and reminders Encourage independence with hygiene, household tasks, and daily activities Support appointments, schedules, and structured daily routines Build respectful, professional relationships with residents Complete daily documentation and progress notes Our nursing and Med Tech teams handle medications, allowing DSPs to focus on resident support Requirements Active Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA or NAR Ability to pass WA State background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred (Not Required at Time of Application) CPR/First Aid (training provided) Dementia / Mental Health / Developmental Disabilities certifications Required by First Day of Employment Washington State Food Worker Card Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Benefits Up to $2,800/year Attendance Bonus $2,000 Sign-On Bonus 401(k) with 3% match Medical, Dental, Vision (60% employer-paid) PTO + Holiday pay (time and a half) Referral bonuses Paid training & continuing education

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
