JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting adults with developmental disabilities can be a challenging but rewarding job. We are a non-profit provider of residential services with a lot of heart. We strive to make a positive difference in our residents lives. We have locations in Tacoma and Gig Harbor and are hiring for all shifts! Direct care staff get to create recreational activities and opportunities for resident's personal development, assist our residents with activities of daily living, provide medication assistance, and provide a clean, safe, fun and healthy environment. No experience or certificates required! We offer paid on-the-job-training, training and certificates for HIV, first aid and CPR, blood borne pathogens, 40 hr. curriculum, and an

NAR/ HCA

if needed. We currently have opportunities within our Group Homes and in our Supported Living programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Valid Washington State Driver's License and insurance Able to pass a background check
