We support people through individualized service plans that range from high personal care needs to those who present complex behavioral challenges. HIL is looking for a Direct Support Professional
  • Float (DSP
  • Float) to join our team. A DSP
  • Float provides direct care support services for clients across a regional area in order to maximize the individual's potential. Following Individual Service Plans and Behavioral Support Plans, a DSP
  • Float is focused on providing services that enhance the overall health, safety, and welfare of their clients. As a Direct Support Professional
  • Float , you will : Work in a variety of programs within a regional area Interact with clients assisting with day to day tasks Engage in fun activities with clients Health monitoring and medication administration Meal preparation in accordance to dietary guidelines Light housekeeping Assist with personal cares as needed Redirect client behaviors
