If you're passionate about helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence in their work and community, we'd love to hear from you! Position Bilingual Job Coach / Direct Support Professional (Spanish/English)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full-Time)
Location:
Madison, WI and surrounding communities Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Coach and support individuals at community job sites. Assist with community-based activities and life skills development. Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety. Provide transportation to jobs, appointments, and community activities. Complete daily documentation and progress notes. Communicate professionally with families, employers, and team members. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. Dependable, patient, and able to work independently.
