If you're patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others live their best lives, this could be a great fit for you. There are cats in the home. Schedule First & second shift 40 hours per week (full-time) Must remain awake during shifts Mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments We're seeking caregivers who are: Experienced with autism, physical limitations, and adult mental health Reliable, dependable, and professional Patient and respectful of personal boundaries Comfortable working in a family-home environment Able to limit cell phone use to emergencies only while on shift Key Responsibilities Your role will include supporting both an adult male with autism and a family member with physical limitations: Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene) Ensuring cleanliness and dignity after toileting Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills Supporting self-regulation techniques Providing verbal encouragement and motivation Assisting with laundry for the household Meal prep and cooking Light housekeeping and dishes Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.
