Schedule First & second shift (Negotiable!) 32-40 hours per week (Full-Time) Must remain awake during shifts Compensation $18.00 - $19.00/hour, based on experience Mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments Who We're Looking For We're seeking caregivers who are: Experienced with Physical Limitations and Adult Mental Health Reliable, dependable, and professional Patient and respectful of personal boundaries Comfortable working in a family-home environment OK with cats Key Responsibilities Your role will include supporting both an adult male with Autism and a family member with physical limitations: Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene) Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills Providing verbal encouragement and motivation Assisting with laundry for the household Meal prep and cooking Light housekeeping and dishes Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.
