What You Would Do:
Support two women with disabilities live their best lives! Provide physical support and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Utilize equipment to safely transfer Offer emotional support and companionship Create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment What you'll get when you work for us: A supervisor available 24/7 A set schedule with options to pick up more hours Extra pay when filling in ($2.50/hr) Paid training Paid holidays (1.5x your pay rate) Overtime pay Full-Time benefits (for those working 30+ hrs/week): GHC Health Insurance Principal Dental Insurance SickVacation Time Flexible Spending Account 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Life Insurance Options in Community Living is a non-profit agency in Madison, WI supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and out in the community.
