Direct Support Professional/Caregiver -- Clearwater Assisted Living, LLC is a rapidly growing assisted living organization with core competencies in assisted and transitional care throughout Wisconsin. Our primary staff are Direct Support Professionals who assist our clients in-home offering assistive services.

General Role Description:

We're currently looking for a Direct Support Professionals (Caregiver) to provide companion care for one client in the Stevens Point area. The ideal candidate should be independent, empathetic, thorough on the job with a strong commitment to helping others, and must have their own reliable transportation. These are part time positions offering the hours of 25 per week.

The shift for this position:

7:30am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities:

Client appointments, client cancellations or client updates that should be noted or addressed Consistently meet the expectations of completing client logs daily and reporting accurate mileage logs Follow the Individual Care Plan (ICP) for each client Uphold a high standard of care by showing up to work each day on-time with a positive attitude and integrity to work with your clients in a diligent manner Follow our scope of services and provide assistance as needed for encouraging and reminding clients to complete activities of daily living

Skills:

Ability to think ahead and be proactive - problem solve as client challenges arise Work independently with a population of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities Ability to follow detailed training instructions on personal cares
