We're seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. No experience? No problem!! The Challenge Center provides all training needed and we pay you while you train. Wages increase upon completion of training. What you'll do: Help individuals live their best lives Support with personal care needs and hygiene Participate in fun community outings, events and daily routines Encourage independence and skill development Assist with cooking healthy meals and housekeeping needs Build meaningful relationships and create lasting memories What we're looking for: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and compassionate individuals Team players who enjoy helping others People who like having fun while making an impact
