If you're passionate about helping seniors and individuals with memory care or developmental needs, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As a Night Medication Passer/Caregiver, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
Your responsibilities include:
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies. Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and overall well-being. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, toileting, mobility, and transfers using Hoyer lifts when needed. Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease using person-centered care techniques. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Respond promptly to emergencies and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents. What We're Looking For Experience with medication administration preferred. Knowledge of vital signs and resident monitoring. Experience in assisted living, memory care, developmental disabilities, or caregiving is a plus. CPR and First Aid certification required. Alzheimer's or Dementia Care certification is a plus. Comfortable using EMR documentation systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
