Job Description
- Assist disabled adults in adult day services programs in our facility and in the community
- Work with program members to create and work towards goals and objectives
- Consult with appropriate staff regarding past, present, and future goals and how they are related to specific programming
- Provide meaningful interaction and maintain a positive attitude
- Support program members to be as independent as possible
- Support program members to achieve their goals
- Implement and carry out member specific support plans
- Establish, maintain, and evaluate the adult day service programming of Wausaukee Enterprises, Inc.
- Perform any other duties related to the position within the policies, goals, and objectives of the organization as assigned
- Complete staff training and development activities as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality
