Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to provide high-quality assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals while promoting independence, safety, and well-being. This role involves working closely with clients in home and community settings, implementing care plans, and fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and self-determination. Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Collect and document data related to client progress, behaviors, and service delivery to support care planning and reporting requirements. Provide transportation for appointments, community outings, or errands by driving safely and responsibly. Collaborate with families, social workers, educators, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans tailored to each individual's needs.
