$15.00 - $17.00/hr, commensurate with experience and client requirements.

Flexible Payouts:

Standard Weekly pay with daily pay available.

Holiday Premium:

Earn time-and-a-half ( 1.5x your standard rate ) for all holiday shifts.

Mileage Reimbursement:

We respect your resources. You will receive full mileage reimbursement for all work-related client errands and appointments .

Versatile Shifts:

We offer a variety of scheduling options to meet your availability, including days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends. 24/7

Team Backing:

You are never alone in the field. We provide round-the-clock support from a collaborative, communicative leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Compassionate assistance with hygiene, grooming, and dressing.

Mobility & Safety:

Safe transfer assistance and proactive fall prevention.

Companionship:

Engaging and empathetic social interaction.

Daily Living:

Light housekeeping, laundry, and general organization.

Nutrition & Transport:

Meal preparation and driving for appointments/errands when needed.

Health Monitoring:

Observing client well-being and updating family/management.

Hobbies & Recreation:

Actively participating in and facilitating the client's favorite pastimes, crafts, or outings.

Requirements:

Reliable Transport:

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle.

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive national screening And the WV Cares fingerprinting (If needed)

Professionalism:

Proactive communication, punctual, and highly reliable.

Interpersonal Skills:

Self-motivated and compassionate with a talent for building client relationships.

Experience:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
