Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day Program Equal Beginnings LLC - Sheridan, WY Full-Time | Monday-Friday Day Hours Equal Beginnings LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program services. Our DSPs play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. This position focuses on providing support during daytime community and center-based activities while helping individuals build independence, social skills, and confidence.
