Clinic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Technical Diploma:

In Phlebotomy, medical laboratory, or other related field preferred. One (1) year lab experience preferred.

Working knowledge of EMR or lab management systems helpful.

Phlebotomy Certification preferred.

Knowledge of lab guidelines such as CLIA, quality control process tub collection order, dirty/clean, etc.

Basic computer, phone, email, and business office equipment knowledge.

Strong attention to detail, analytical and time management skillsGood communication skills, both verbal and written.

Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
