The Sr. Lab Analyst runs, monitors, and troubleshoots instrumentation, reports results, and holds responsibility for statistical analysis. In this role, you will demonstrate an expert ability to run instruments, evaluate data against historical expectations, and provide data-driven insights.

Lab Team Lead QA Data Analyst I/II QC Process Control Specialist (PCS) QC Technical Lead What You Will Be Working On Lab Operations & Leadership Serve as Acting Team Lead and handle shift operations responsibilities when assigned (excluding personnel-related issues), acting as the first point of contact for production escalations. Collaborate with Technical Leads and Trainers on running samples for method/tool qualification and new product development. Guide and mentor lab staff on instrumentation, chemistry, and sample preparation techniques. Testing, Data Analysis & Quality Control Operate laboratory instrumentation at an expert level, strictly following SOPs and Requests for Comments (RFCs). Analyze and troubleshoot final product data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, KPI charts, and internal reporting tools. Review and validate results against quality specifications; identify misalignments and perform expert-level troubleshooting on instruments, prep work, and chemistry. Develop, revise, and update SOPs and participate in creating training records for new and current staff. Prepare instrumentation, solutions, reagents, eluents, and standards accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Safety, Compliance & Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized lab environment utilizing Lean 5S methodology (including glassware cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal). Ensure strict compliance with environmental, safety, and PSM regulations, maintaining individual accountability with ISO registration and quality systems. Handle and dispose of hazardous laboratory waste safely according to established protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Track Candidates must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience: Bachelor of Science + 12+ months of specific laboratory experience. Non-science Bachelor's Degree + 24+ months of laboratory experience. Associate Degree (AA) + 48+ months of laboratory experience. High School Diploma / GED + 72+ months of laboratory experience. Technical Skills & Competencies Chemical Safety:
Ability to read, understand, and apply information from Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for safe chemical and apparatus handling. Computer Literacy:
Working knowledge of MS Office suite and specialized laboratory software. Core Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and respond positively to changing departmental needs. Physical & Attendance Requirements Regular, punctual attendance is required to support critical department missions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods within the laboratory environment. Compensation & Benefits Summary Pay Range:

Employees must be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe (e.g., certain insulin pumps, pacemakers, or pain management devices). Work may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, hot/toxic/corrosive chemicals, and electrical equipment.
