- Contract OneSparQ is looking for a Laboratory Engineering Technician in Tempe, AZ.
Responsibilities:
Support senior technicians and engineering staff with laboratory and field testing activities Prepare and organize material samples for daily testing operations Perform testing on construction materials including asphalt, concrete, and aggregates, with a focus on a designated specialty area Monitor daily workloads and testing schedules through computer-based systems Accurately gather, document, and report test results and observations Coordinate findings with Project Managers to ensure timely review and reporting Uphold quality control standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across all testing proceduresRequired Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer knowledge and proficiency Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAdditional Skills:
ACI Certification or other applicable material testing certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) College coursework in higher-level mathematics preferred (including calculus or related advanced math) #priorityPay:
