The role assists researchers and scientists in conducting studies, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct laboratory experiments, tests, and research procedures according to established protocols. Prepare, label, and manage samples, reagents, and laboratory materials. Collect, record, analyze, and interpret research data accurately. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Assist in developing and improving research methods and procedures. Maintain detailed laboratory records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations, quality standards, and research protocols. Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and coordinate procurement requests. Support senior researchers, scientists, and project teams during research activities. Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot laboratory issues when necessary. Participate in data review, report preparation, and presentation of findings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory workspaces. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field. Experience in laboratory research, scientific testing, or laboratory operations is preferred. Knowledge of laboratory procedures, scientific methods, and research protocols. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, data analysis tools, and documentation practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
