Job Description

REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of laboratory experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
  • Experience working under GMP regulations.
  • Hands-on microbiology laboratory experience.
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique and microbiological testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance.
SUMMARY

Join a collaborative and highly experienced Quality Control Microbiology team supporting the release of commercial and clinical pharmaceutical products. This hands-on laboratory role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable GMP experience while working alongside experienced microbiologists in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position was created to support increased laboratory demand and offers strong potential for long-term career growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform microbiological testing to support commercial and clinical product release.
  • Conduct growth promotion testing and other microbiological assays.
  • Perform laboratory work using aseptic technique.
  • Execute testing according to GMP requirements and established SOPs.
  • Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation.
  • Support method verification activities for clinical and commercial products.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with fellow analysts to meet product release timelines.
  • Learn new laboratory methods and testing procedures.
  • Support occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday testing as operational needs require.
  • Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
