This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone with experience in construction, landscaping, general labor, or outdoor field work. You'll help install high-quality synthetic grass solutions for residential and commercial properties, playgrounds, pet areas, and sports facilities. Key Responsibilities Professionally install synthetic turf products (artificial grass) Prepare job sites, including grading, compacting, excavation, and base installation Operate hand tools and light equipment such as shovels, wheelbarrows, plate compactors, and other landscaping tools Assist with cutting, seaming, securing, and finishing turf installations Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites throughout each project Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner Support warehouse operations and equipment maintenance as needed Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications & Skills 1 Yr experience in landscaping, construction, general labor, turf installation, or related outdoor work preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and meet deadlines Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools and equipment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Requirements Valid Driver's License (Required) Ability to pass a background check (if applicable) Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities On-the-job training Supportive team environment Job Type Full-time Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime available Weekend work as needed 32-40 hrs/ Week Join us and become part of a team dedicated to delivering premium synthetic turf installations with exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.
