Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license required Demonstrated experience as a Laboratory Medical Technologist; CLS Generalist background preferred Competency in blood bank procedures is essential Recent TB clearance within the last 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic laboratory testing with precision, including blood bank, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and more Maintain strict adherence to quality control protocols and laboratory safety standards Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory staff for prompt, accurate test results Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment Accurately record, analyze, and interpret laboratory data for comprehensive patient care
