Job Description

Required Education:
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education Required Experience /
Skills:
  • Minimum 2+ years of technical work experience in medical device development, laboratory operations, or production environments
  • Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
  • Hands-on experience operating automated equipment, laboratory instrumentation, or robotic systems
  • Ability to perform detailed laboratory or production-related tasks requiring fine motor skills and accurate hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to accurately document testing activities and results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn complex systems and applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures, specifications, and testing protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a laboratory, manufacturing, or production environment
Job Duties:
  • Execute routine and non-routine laboratory tests in accordance with engineering instructions and established procedures
  • Perform testing activities requiring fine motor skills, precise hand-eye coordination, and careful handling of components and equipment
  • Test product prototypes and accurately document test procedures and results
  • Utilize LIMS and other electronic systems to support test management and documentation activities
  • Ensure all testing is completed using the latest validated methods, processes, specifications, and documentation requirements
  • Communicate assignment progress, testing status, and results to project engineers and team members
  • Support training activities by assisting in the onboarding and instruction of team members on new product processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in compliance with company quality standards and procedures
  • Support laboratory operations, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while working in laboratory or production environments
