Job Description

A loving family in Kentfield, CA (94904) is seeking and In-Person Sleep Consultant to provide 10 days of overnight sleep training and sleep support for their 5-month-old, beginning July 5th .
Preferred Schedule:
10 hours a night, for 10 nights - beginning July 5th Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Implementing proven sleep training methods Supporting bedtime routines, and nighttime care, providing gentle guidance and reassurance. Maintaining a calm, patient, and consistent environment to help regulate sleep and ease transitions. Collaborating with the parents, respecting family values, and routines. Clear communication regarding progress, strategies, and adjustments throughout the sleep training process. The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, and experienced in sleep training infants, especially challenging cases. They are patient, empathetic, and able to integrate smoothly into the family's rhythm while providing consistent support and guidance. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with parents to maintain routines and respect family values are essential.
Compensation:
