About the Role Our laboratory is seeking an experienced Microbiology (Direct Fungal Examination) Analyst. Key Responsibilities Analyze client projects following established laboratory policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quality Assurance Manuals (QAMs) Entering laboratory sample data in Pinnacle's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Follow and maintain the laboratory's quality control system Maintain complete and accurate documentation Ensure clean and organized workstations Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D. ( Required ) B.S. or B.A. in Biology, Chemistry, or Other Related Field (Preferred) Minimum 1-year Laboratory Experience in analyzing mold spores using direct fungal microscopy techniques ( Required) LIMS software experience (Preferred) Microscopy experience (Required) Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office and computer operating experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to sit up to 100% of the workday Ability to commute to Lawndale, CA. Motivated, team-player attitude Strong focus on customer satisfaction and client service Strong understanding of business objectives and operational priorities
