Mountain View, CA Job Details Full-time $71,000 - $75,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Bachelor's degree Productivity software Full Job Description Nova IVF, an Ivy Fertility Clinic located in Mountain View, California, is seeking a full time, detail-oriented, Embryology Lab Assistant to support the daily operations of the embryology laboratory. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a scientific background, and an interest in reproductive medicine. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff Assist embryologists with laboratory setup and quality control procedures Coordinate and schedule laboratory procedures with clinical staff Verify and manage specimen shipments into and out of the clinic Maintain accurate specimen tracking records Track inventory and manage laboratory supplies and media Coordinate routine laboratory maintenance Prepare, organize, scan, and file laboratory documentation Utilize Excel for data entry, laboratory tracking, and KPI reporting Other duties as assigned This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience Work Authorization Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Compensation:
