The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting medical professionals by performing diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of results. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and safety, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids. Prepare specimens for testing, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide accurate information for patient diagnosis and treatment. Keep detailed records of tests performed and results obtained, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Stay updated on advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.
