Laboratory Specimen Processor

Laboratory Sample Processor / Accessioner (Sorrento Valley) Do you have an interest in science and working in a laboratory? We are a locally owned specialty laboratory with a well-established nationwide client base. We have expanded and are seeking people to work in our Specimen Processing Department. Job will be performed on-site at our laboratory in Sorrento Valley. When responding to this posting, please indicate how many WPM you type. This is not a temporary/seasonal/summer position. •Applicants must be able to work a consistent schedule EVERY DAY, Monday-Friday. This is a mandatory requirement •

Sample Schedule:

FT 7a-4p, 10a-7p, PT 9:30a-3p, etc.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Opening packages of samples from clients Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Sample preparation Glass washing

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Strong data entry and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities •We drug test potential employees. Please, only serious candidates. •''
