Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day pathology laboratory operations and digital imaging workflows within a team environment. Our team values individuals who demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to maintain compliance with established lab procedures.
Responsibilities:
Oversee tracking, maintenance, and coordination of pathology laboratory equipment operations and repairs. Operate digital slide scanning equipment and ensure high-quality digital images are properly organized in designated systems. Monitor reagent inventories, order laboratory supplies, and coordinate internal restocking as needed. Maintain thorough equipment records, quality check data entries, and collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely data availability.
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant laboratory or technical experience, or Master's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience. Hands-on experience in a pathology, histology, or biomedical laboratory setting, including supporting lab operations and equipment maintenance. Ability to operate digital slide scanners and manage digital image data using LIMS or database systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow established procedures independently in a fast-paced environment.
