Maintain strong attention to detail and speed, balancing productivity with accuracy in all tasks. Collaborate with the lab team to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks throughout the day to meet client deadlines. Communicate proactively with colleagues and leadership, asking questions when clarification or assistance is needed.
