Digital Design Lab Technician

Overview We're hiring a Digital Design Lab Technician to support the day-to-day flow of cases through our digital design department. This role works directly with our digital design department and helps ensure cases are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role focused on coordination, quality checks, and supporting digital workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows and supporting digital production. What You'll Do Track and manage cases through the digital design workflow Coordinate with in-house and external (contract) designers to meet deadlines Review designs for accuracy and flag issues to the Digital Design Lead Ensure all case files, scans, and prescriptions are complete before design Assist with 3D printing, milling prep, and digital file organization Support smooth handoffs between design and production What We're Looking For 1+ year of dental lab experience (digital workflows preferred) Experience with CAD software (Exocad, 3Shape, or similar) Strong computer skills and attention to detail Knowledge in custom abutments (sending for manufacture and quality control) Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple cases at once Comfortable working in a structured, team-driven environment Nice to Have Experience working with outsourced designers Exposure to 3D printing or milling Understanding of restorative dental workflows Why Join Us High-quality, prosthodontic-focused lab Opportunity to grow and learn Team-focused, fast-growing environment
