Full Job Description Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct chemical analysis of plating baths using ICP instrumentation Measure coating thickness and composition using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) equipment Monitor and adjust plating solutions to maintain process stability and consistency Partner with production and quality teams to ensure components meet required standards Record and analyze lab data, reporting trends or deviations as needed Assist in troubleshooting process issues and identifying improvements within plating operations Follow all safety, environmental, and quality protocols related to lab and plating activities
What We're Looking For:
Practical experience working with ICP systems and lab-based chemical analysis Familiarity with XRF and coating thickness verification techniques Background in electroplating, materials testing, or chemical processing environments Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical data Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing setting Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) A bit about us:•The team operates in a quality-driven, engineering-focused environment, where precision, consistency, and process control are critical to product success.
