Position Offered By No Fee Agency Experienced Quality Control Techs Industry:
Manufacturing & Production Schedule:
Temp to Perm Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30
PM Compensation:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Seeking two dedicated "A-Player" Quality Control Technicians for an immediate start with a growing manufacturing leader in Brooksville. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative firm and become a foundational part of the company's future.
Quality Testing:
Perform daily QC testing on finished goods and raw materials using specialized wet chemistry techniques.
Process Auditing:
Conduct in-process checks and audits to ensure strict compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Lab Management:
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment while managing a highly organized inventory of retain samples and chemicals.
Data Reporting:
Utilize computer proficiency to prepare, analyze, and organize detailed reports based on laboratory test results.
Safety Leadership:
Champion plant safety and quality standards by ensuring all staff across the production floor follow established protocols.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-4 years of Quality Control experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intermediate math skills for accurate reporting.
Education:
Associate degree preferred; BS in Science is a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (when needed) and stand for extended periods on the production floor.
Availability:
Must be able to work 1st shift and commit to overtime/weekend work as required by production needs. Apply online via employer's website.
