Service Equipment Tech Lincare Inc. - 2.5 Clearwater, FL Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Patient interaction Typing Full Job Description We are seeking individuals in the Clearwater office - NOT a remote position, who set up CPAPs and DME equipment using DocuSign and Microsoft Teams for patients in their home.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs CPAP setups in a timely and professional manner May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME remotely This includes completion of all required documentation Instructs patient on the safe and proper use of equipment Complete 48-hour CPAP Compliance report Follows applicable policies and procedures of Lincare, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including General Safety May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism Complete all necessary paperwork and instruction of equipment using DocuSign and Microsoft Teams for remote patients Specialty Equipment Techs are housed with the Clearwater Virtual team this is not a remote position employee is required to come into the Clearwater corporate office

Requirements:

Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Must be computer-literate Must be able to read and interpret instructions, effectively communicating them to patients

Education and Experience:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Customer Service experience Must type at least 35 wpm

Physical Demands:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
