hematology, chemistry, and serology Bachelor's degree in a science Join our dynamic team as a Medical Technologist and become a vital contributor to a laboratory designed to serve the Treasure Coast Community. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in laboratory techniques and testing to support the local community Your energetic approach will drive precision, efficiency, and innovation in a fast-paced environment dedicated to serving a diverse population. Duties Test blood and urine samples in the areas of hematology, chemistry, serology, and basic PCR techniques. Manage laboratory information using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to ensure accurate data recording and traceability Maintain rigorous laboratory safety standards while performing procedures and ensuring compliance with biosafety regulations Maintain inventory and work closely with the owners for ordering and supplies. Experience Proven laboratory experience as a generalist medical technologist. Familiarity with clinical laboratory practices including CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) or equivalent standards Demonstrated ability to operate advanced laboratory instrumentation Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols
