Job Description

Are you passionate about contributing to patient care through accurate and reliable laboratory testing? We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our IVF Laboratory team. This is a Full-Time, In-Person position supporting infertility specialists in Jacksonville, FL Schedule Monday•
Thursday:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•2:00 PM Weekend rotation: 2-3 weekends per month Position Overview The Laboratory Technician is a vital member of out IVF laboratory team. This role requires adaptability, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality control and quality assurance while supporting a fast-paced reproductive medicine environment. Responsibilities Perform endocrine testing using an automated chemical an analyzer Perform semen analysis and processing using an automated semen testing system Perform phlebotomy procedures as needed Prepare specimens, analyze bodily fluids, and accurately interpret laboratory results Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance Accurately document and record test results for review by healthcare providers Adhere to all safety, CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Active Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license Medical Assistant Licensure Experience in andrology, IVF, or fertility laboratories Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) Why Join JCRM?
