Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review completed laboratory notebooks for accuracy and completeness. Enter laboratory data into validated software worksheets and verify that calculated results match laboratory notebook entries. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and laboratory reports for management review. Receive incoming samples and assign project numbers. Enter sample information, including product name, lot number, requested testing, and other required information into the laboratory tracking system. Receive and log incoming laboratory supplies and maintain inventory records. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work closely with management staff to ensure timely completion of reports and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience / Education
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Previous experience in an administrative, documentation, or data entry role is preferred. Experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling laboratory records.

$ 18.00•$ 21.00 per hour
