    Staffing is hiring seveal Lab Technicians for a client in the Spring Hill, FL area.
    Shift / Schedule

    Pay Schedule:
    will be one of the following 2-2-3 schedule or a Dupont schedule - Ask your recruiter for details on those schedules if your not familiar. Either schedule will have built-in overtime on it, which increases your earnings!
    Hours:
    12hr shifts - Daylight and/or Night shift
    Pay:
    Up to $25/hr based on experience
    Job Overview:
    Join a dynamic team as a full-time Laboratory and Treatability Technician. This role is essential in supporting industrial water and wastewater treatment projects by performing critical analyses, maintaining lab equipment, and developing operational procedures. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in laboratory work related to industrial wastewater characterization and enjoy working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct tests for water and wastewater treatment operations including jar tests, SDI, and pilot evaluations.
    • Collect and record data such as pH, ORP, temperature, and pressure.
    • Operate and perform light maintenance on lab equipment like pumps, heaters, and mixers.
    • Prepare samples, reagents, and maintain lab inventory and calibration records.
    • Maintain cleanliness of lab equipment and ensure safety documentation is up to date.
    • Manage data and communicate findings effectively within the team.
