Full-Time Your Role:

Perform routine laboratory testing under the supervision of a Medical Technologist. Process specimens accurately and efficiently for analysis. Operate and maintain lab equipment and instruments. Assist with quality control and ensure proper documentation of results. Support lab workflow to help deliver timely diagnostic information to providers.

What You'll Need:

Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent). Previous lab experience preferred but not required—new grads welcome! Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy. Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively.
