As the Respiratory Therapist, you will provide patient-centered care focused on the setup,cation, and ongoing support of sleep apnea therapy. You will guide patients and caregivers in the proper use of respiratory equipment, monitor treatment progress through follow-ups and data tracking systems, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure effective care plans. This role also involves maintaining equipment,pleting administrative tasks, and contributing to process improvements while delivering a high level of service and professionalism in all patient interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Educate patients and caregivers on the correct setup, usage, and maintenance of sleep apnea therapy equipment Conduct routine follow-ups with patients to monitor therapy progress and address individual needs Evaluate returned PAP devices to confirm functionality and readiness for reissue Sanitize, dry, and prepare demonstration masks for future patient use Maintain accurate and timely documentation in PAP monitoring systems and related platforms Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to review patient conditions, treatment plans, and home care considerations Stay current with best practices by participating in ongoing training and professional development Handle payment transactions for equipment and supplies provided during patient appointments Perform administrative duties such as preparing patient charts,pleting documentation, and managing required paperwork Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and patient care delivery Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Active state licensure with appropriate respiratory therapy credential or registry eligibility Familiarity with PAP therapy devices, supplies, and related equipment Strong written and verbalmunication skills Effective time management andanizational abilities, with a professional approach to phone, , and textmunication At least two years of clinical experience in sleep medicine or a related specialty preferred Background as a Medical Assistant, Respiratory Therapist, Sleep Technologist, or Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred Proficiency inmonputer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools Parker Staffing offers all levels of Administrative, Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, and Human Resources job opportunities in the Seattle and Bellevue metro area and other large cities throughout the Nation.
