R D Lab Technician We are seeking a motivated R D Lab Technician to support the synthesis, scale-up, and testing of coatings and technical resins. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on lab work, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams to bring new products from concept to production. What You'll Do Perform lab synthesis of coatings and technical resins Support scale-up from laboratory to manufacturing Conduct analytical testing (e.g., GPC/HPLC/GC) and interpret results Perform batch testing, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis Document experiments and prepare technical manufacturing instructions Collaborate with R D, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams Present findings using data visualization and reports Maintain lab organization, equipment, and safety standards What We are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field 0-2 years of relevant work experience Experience with polymers, resin synthesis or analysis preferred Familiarity with chromatography techniques (SEC, HPLC, GC) is a plus Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Why Join Us Hands-on experience with product development and scale-up Collaborative, cross-functional work environment Opportunity to grow technical expertise in coatings and resin chemistry Opportunity to grow into a senior role as part of planned succession Periodic (~5%) international travel to headquarters in
