Pay:
Up to $28.70/hr depending on relevant experience The Opportunity Join a dynamic laboratory and technical operations team supporting product development, process optimization, and manufacturing scale-up activities. This role is ideal for a hands-on lab professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, research-driven environment supporting both experimental and production-scale initiatives. You will contribute directly to technical programs by generating and evaluating lab-scale samples, supporting process research, and providing data and insights that inform product and manufacturing decisions. Key Responsibilities Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples to support customer technical programs, process development, product research, and manufacturing initiatives Perform testing and analysis to support product performance evaluation and scale-up activities Troubleshoot, maintain, and support laboratory and production-related equipment used for testing and processing Assist with process scale-up activities from lab to production environment Maintain accurate and detailed records including lab notebooks, logs, and electronic documentation systems Conduct technical research and information gathering (including literature and internet-based searches) to support troubleshooting and problem-solving Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), SOPs, and Responsible Care guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Support multiple technical projects simultaneously while coordinating with different supervisors and functional teams Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and technical personnel to ensure timely delivery of results and support product quality objectives Communicate findings and progress effectively to internal stakeholders and technical teams Qualifications & Skills Experience in a laboratory, research, or manufacturing support environment preferred Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under multiple technical leads Familiarity with laboratory equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and data integrity Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines Strong problem-solving and technical research skills Effectivemunication and teamwork skills across cross-functional groups Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details:
