Job Summary If you're interested in an Entry Level Laboratory Technician job, then this is the best role for you! This role support laboratory, product development, and manufacturing activities by generating and evaluating lab-scale samples, conducting testing, and providing technical data for decision-making. Maintain equipment, perform troubleshooting, and ensure accurate documentation of processes and results. Collaborate with technical teams and customers while adhering to safety and quality standards. Job Description Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for customer technical programs, process research, product research, and manufacturing support. Conduct testing and providing relevant data to support technical and business decisions. Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain laboratory and production equipment. Support production processes, routine evaluations, and machine scale-up activities. Maintain accurate logs, laboratory notebooks, and electronic records. Conduct internet and information searches to assist with problem-solving activities. Follow EHS, SOP, Responsible Care, and other safety guidelines. Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other cross-functional teams. Interface directly with customers when required. Deliver timely and accurate results to support product quality and customer satisfaction. Skills Required Laboratory testing and sample evaluation skills. Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with computer applications and electronic documentation. Additional Requirements Must pass a drug screening and background check
Start Time:
07:00 AM Ability to work effectively with multiple technical supervisors. Ability to collaborate with manufacturing, research, and customer-facing teams. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures. Ability to provide timely results and support product quality objectives.
Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary:
$21.63 to $29.63 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors. HarveStaff LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
